We are living in times of uncertainty that generate stress and anxiety, feeling this way is to some extent normal. However, when this feeling takes over our lives and guides our decisions and actions, it is time to take a pause that helps us to have greater mental clarity to respond more consciously to the situation we are facing. With that in mind, we
have prepared a series of mindfulness resources that we hope will help you to generate the emotional balance that you need to manage stress and anxiety in a better way.
We have developed two types of resources, the first is a guide to mindfulness practices that you can integrate throughout your day, and the second is a series of short mindfulness meditations that will help you cultivate mental and emotional qualities to increase your personal well-being.
We hope that you enjoy these mindfulness practices and they become a resource to which you can always return to when you need a greater emotional balance.
